Privacy

This site is run by the organisers of the Champion of Champions tournaments. The controller of your data is Nikolay Baburov, organiser. For anything about your data, write to champion_of_champions@abv.bg or call +359 888 92 42 97.

The registration form

When you register a team, we receive what you type into the form: the tournament, the club and where it is from, the contact person's name, mobile phone and email, the children's birth years, how many children, coaches and parents are coming, whether you want a hotel with full board, your notes, and whether photos of your team may be published. We do not ask for the children's names.

We use these details only to handle your registration: to answer you, plan the tournament and stay in touch about it. A copy reaches the organisers' inbox as an email, so that we can reply to you.

If you tick the photo box, photos of your team taken at the tournament may appear on this site and on the tournament's social media. You can change your mind at any time by writing to us.

How long we keep it

Registrations are deleted automatically 12 months after you send them, and we delete the email copies within the same time.

Who helps us run the site

  • Vercel hosts the site. Its Web Analytics and Speed Insights count visits and page speed without cookies and without identifying you.
  • Neon stores the registrations in a database in Frankfurt, Germany.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person and not a bot. It runs in your browser while the form is open, and Cloudflare processes technical details such as your IP address and browser for this purpose only. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice.
  • To stop the form being misused, we keep a one-way code made from your IP address, never the address itself, for 2 days.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your registration, or to stop using it: write to the address above and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to Bulgaria's Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg.
